Oil City was once a booming place because of the abundance of the same resource that it is named after. Nowadays that is long gone and the city has become a quaint little town for those living there. Being that it is in the middle of an area full of hills, it has many curves and bridges. The roads and the lights cast by the cars driving along them draw along with them. Opening the shutter for longer also brings out some aspects that can not be seen with regular photographs or even the naked eye. The sky actually looks bright and the colors of the town are brought out in full as more light is let into the picture.
